Then click on its options, and change it to "High Performance."Ī third option you can try that might actually work is press the Start Button(Windows Icon) + R to open the run application. Find the Hogwartslegacy.exe file and select it. Open Graphics settings by searching for it under the start menu, and hit browse at the bottom of the page, with the app preference set to "Desktop App". The second thing you could try is changing the game to High Performance mode. Uncheck the "automatically manage" box, and select custom size, and try setting the initial size and maximum size to the recommended amount displayed at the bottom of the same page. In advanced system settings, under performance settings, go to advanced, and click "change" under the virtual memory panel. I think you should try the third option FIRST, since it seems the most relevant to your problem.įor this first one, I'd say it's only really necessary if you have 16GB of RAM instead of 32GB. That being said, there are a couple different things you could try that almost worked for me, but we both seem to be experiencing different issues so it's kind of a shot in the dark as to whether or not the same fixes will apply to you. I'm having my own set of problems as well, specifically with the game crashing every few minutes, given up on trying to adjust my pc's settings, and am now just waiting on a patch.
